Danny Lopez, Cameron Heath, Billy Christpoulos, and Grant Meyer have been named the Travel Team USA Weekly Award winners.
Player of the Week

Danny Lopez – Holy Cross
Senior, Forward – Barrington Hills, IL/New Jersey Hitmen

Danny Lopez had three goals and two assists for Holy Cross as the Crusaders swept the weekend series with Sacred Heart and moved into a tie with Canisius at the top of the Atlantic Hockey standings. Lopez had two goals and an assist in a 3-1, series-opening win on Friday, then finished with another goal and an assist in a 4-2 victory on Saturday.
Defensive Player of the Week
Cameron Heath – Canisius
Junior, Defense – Troy, MI/New Jersey Hitmen

Cameron Heath had two goals in Canisius’ 6-1 win over AIC on Saturday, helping the Griffs earn a split with the Yellow Jackets. It was the second game in his career with multiple goals. Heath also added three blocks in the two games and finished with a plus-1 rating.
Goalie of the Week
Billy Christopoulos – Air Force
Junior, Goalie – Raleigh, NC/Alberni Valley Bulldogs

Billy Christopoulos led Air Force to a road sweep at Air Force, stopping 55 of 56 shots in the two wins. He was tops amongst Atlantic Hockey goalies in both save percentage and goals against average last weekend with 0.982 and 0.50 marks, respectively. He made 25 saves in a 3-1 win on Friday before recording his first career shutout on Saturday, tallying 30 saves in the game.
Rookie of the Week
Grant Meyer – Canisius
Freshman, Forward – Genoa, OH/Fargo Force

Grant Meyer had a career-high three points, on two goals and an assist, in Canisius’ 6-1 win over AIC on Saturday. He scored the game’s opening goal and later added an empty-netter to seal the deal for the Griffs. His assist came on the game’s game-winning goal.
